What inspired you to start your business?
Our inspiration came from conversations with businesses who were facing common challenges with document management, such as misfiled documents, data breaches, and wasted time & manual effort. With the rapid adoption of tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, we realised there was an opportunity to improve these existing platforms and help businesses to accelerate their rollout, regain control of their data and ultimately saving them time and money.
What problem are you solving?
Track is designed to tackle the challenges of document management, using the platform you already have, be it Dropbox, Google, Microsoft 365 or more. Track offers an easy-to-adopt solution that maximises existing investments by enhancing these familiar tools while avoiding vendor lock-in. For users, Track ensures consistency in document filing, reduces duplicated efforts & documents, minimises the risk of data leaks and bolsters overall document security.
Who and where are your potential customers?
Our potential audience could include any business with digital documents. With GDPR, Cyber Essentials and ISO certifications, most businesses need to make sure they are storing their files safely and securely, and we believe we can streamline how customers do this with existing tools.
What do you think is the potential for your business?
The document management market in the UK and US reached a total size of £1B and $5B, respectively, in 2022, a growth rate of 9-13% last year. Track has significant growth potential by enhancing the document management capabilities of widely adopted platforms such as Microsoft 365, Dropbox, Google Workspaces and eventually, more.
Where do you hope to be 5 years from now?
We have big ambitions for Track, and with such a significant addressable market, the sky really is the limit for us. We’re planning to grow the team here in Northern Ireland, build strong partner relationships worldwide and have our software making a difference for businesses all over the world.
